Before you choose

What is the difference between the packages?

Prepare focuses on your catalog and label orders. Connect adds assisted data reconciliation and coordinated review. Partner provides ANTEX-assisted coordination across individually authorised company workspaces.

Do I need to buy setup or EU REP services?

Assisted setup is optional. EU Authorised Representative services are agreed separately; a representation mandate is not required to enquire about software or a data check.

Does Connect include an ERP API or direct EUDAMED submission?

The published Connect package covers data preparation, reconciliation and review. ERP API connections and direct EUDAMED transmission are not included in this offer.

How is the subscription price decided?

We confirm your catalog size, company access and level of assistance, then provide a written price and included limits. A package enquiry does not start a subscription.

What should I send first?

Start with your company name, approximate catalog size and the task you want to complete. We will arrange how to share product files after agreeing the review scope.
